2021 Thirteen Artists Awards Exhibition
The Cultural Center of the Philippines awards the 13 Artists Awards every three years. Because of the lockdown, the 2021 Thirteen Artists exhibition was moved to 2022, with the awarding held last 10 March. The much-awaited exhibit features works by the latest batch of awardees Allan Balisi, Nice Buenaventura, Gino Bueza, Mars Bugaoan, Rocky Cajigan, Geloy Concepcion, Patrick Cruz, Ian Carlo Jaucian, KoloWn, Czar Kristoff, Lou Lim, Ryan Villamael and Catherine Sarah Young. The exhibition was curated by Shireen Seno (13 Artists 2018).
The 2021 Thirteen Artists Awards exhibit may be viewed at the CCP’s Bulwagang Juan Luna (Main Gallery), Pasilyo Juan Luna (Main Gallery Hallway), and Pasilyo Guillermo Tolentino (Third Floor Hallway from Tuesday to Sunday, 10am to 6pm. Hours are extended until 9pm on nights with performances inside the CCP Main Theater. Gallery docents are also at the exhibition area daily for those who would want guided tours.
